Who We Are:

STARS believes all young people thrive when they have hope, health, and connection. Our services are school and community-based; we are committed to providing equitable access to mental health care, increasing school attachment, and encouraging youth involvement in their community. Our clinical services are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). And, STARS has been recognized for 12 consecutive years as a Top Workplace by the Tennessean.
